Warning: this is a photo heavy post! No hard feelings if you scroll through fast (promise!). I wanted to get up the few pics I have from Montreal for those interested. And I had an outfit post from the other other night, so this is a bit of a hot mess of a post!
First, the outfit... I'm quite smitten with this skirt! It's also one of the beauties I bought from Montreal, and this time it was on sale for ridiculously cheap so there were no insane talks to myself in the change room! One of my favorite girls came back to town for the week and she had a girly get together and this is what I wore out. Well, the night was perfect, just what I needed! I met some amazing ladies (all interested in fashion!! You have no clue how rare this is in my town, I squealed because I was so happy!). We had some delicious sangria, appetizers and copious amounts of girl talk!
Skirt: Urban Outfitters
Top: Thrifted
Shoes and Cuff: Aldo
Necklace: Le Chateau
Bow Headband: Smart Set
And here are a few photos of beautiful Montreal! I fell in love with the city and wish I'd been able to do it justice with the photos, take my word for it though...it's gorgeous and you must go!
Thank you so much for posting the pics. I definitely have something to look forward to in March :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE your skirt!! So cute! And I love your pics from Montreal, they make me want to go back there so badly!! It's such a fun city just to wander around in, everything is so beautiful! Oh yeah & nice necklace! ;) We seem to have multiple things that are the same!

ReplyDeleteI think I am in Love with Montreal..just from your pictures!!...Can I move there too??? I don't think my hubby would be too happy..but I think it just might be heaven for me!!

@A.Co- haha I should've probably clarified... there are quite a few fashionable people here and it's definitely getting better. It's just rare for someone to be as obsessed with fashion as I am! For some reason most people I meet here don't want to talk for hours on end about the new resort collections... I can't think why? lol
ReplyDeleteI'd be smitten with the skirt, too (if I owned it)! The shape is SO ADORABLE. It's so voluminous, but not TOO voluminous... y'know?!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love Montreal, too! It's such a fun city! J'aime! J'adore! Okay, anyways... Go Canada!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Your pics are amazing. If they don't do the city justice then that must be one spectacular city.

You are such a great shopper. I love every single layer of flowery perfection that your skirt has going on. Stunning! And the shape looks amazing on you. Also have you considered being a photographer? I would seriously pay to have prints of some of those shots. I wish I could have joined you ladies for some fashion talk and sangria. However I just wasn't in the mood after wiping down a steam room. Gross!!
